For over 16 years, Dr. Theresia owned and operated a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic, where she successfully managed patient care across various health disciplines. Her goal has always been to apply her practical experience to enhance her teaching, ensuring that her students are grounded in real-world healthcare situations.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Theresia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, giving back to her community, and traveling to new places. Through her work, she continues to be a strong advocate for women’s health and holistic wellness, focusing on empowering individuals to take control of their health journeys.

I observe women needlessly suffering with the physical and emotional challenges of menopause; if they knew that menopause is not an end, but a powerful transition filled with beautiful new beginnings and opportunities for growth, empowerment, and renewal, they wouldn’t need to suffer any longer.
Armed with tools, tips, and evidence-based resources, they could embrace this phase of life as a time to awaken to who they truly are, rediscover themselves, cultivate resilience, foster meaningful connections, and ultimately THRIVE. They would be able to live out their lives more fully experiencing greater joy and fulfillment than they ever thought possible.
People helped through the years at my practices and teaching.

I truly love what I do, both as a healthcare provider and as an educator. My greatest joy comes from helping people better understand their bodies. I also find joy in empowering them to take charge of their own health. In the clinic, I strive to blend science with empathy. In the classroom, I aim to make health and wellness approachable for everyone. I believe in the power of knowledge to inspire positive change. I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned over the years. My goal is to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Teaching has given me the opportunity to pass on the practical experiences I’ve gained throughout my career. I’m passionate about connecting with my students, guiding them through real-world healthcare scenarios, and seeing them grow into confident professionals. Nothing excites me more than knowing that I’ve contributed to their journey, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to make meaningful impacts in the world of health and wellness.
