Welcome! I’m Dr. Theresia Candy, but my friends call me Tree. As a chiropractor since 1999 and a college professor teaching anatomy, physiology, and pathology, I am passionate about empowering future healthcare professionals and guiding women through life’s transitions.
I’m a breast cancer survivor, diagnosed in 2015, and have been in menopause since my second chemotherapy treatment in 2016. This experience has ignited my commitment to journey alongside women during their menopause transition, helping them see it as a beautiful new beginning—a chance to reconnect with their true selves.
As a menopause wellness coach and a soon-to-be certified Lifestyle Medicine Specialist, I promote health and wellness practices based on the Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, including healthful eating, movement, restorative sleep, stress management, social connection, and gratitude. I believe in the power of evidence-based practices to enhance both healthspan and lifespan.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a dedicated wife to Jason since 1997 and a proud mother to David and Lauren. I love to cook, dance, work out, and travel—having explored 47 countries so far. Teaching and helping others are my passions, and I strive to be a champion for those around me, guiding them toward transformation and their best selves.

Her coaching approach is rooted in evidence-based methods that are uniquely tailored to each individual, addressing the physical, mental, social, occupational, and spiritual aspects of wellness.
